Dear readers, Raiza opens the door to her café for you. Take a seat, order a coffee or a mojito, and listen to the guests’ stories. Over a period of five years, a work of art was created based on the novel Café Cuba by Zoé Valdés, whose protagonists now tell their stories in the debut work Café Cuba. Rogelio, a writer who once sat in Raiza’s café pondering his biography, inspired the author to record his story and those of the other guests.
