The Most Rev Percival Richard O’Driscoll, DD is an eminent Anglican priest. Born on 4 October 1938,and educated at Bishop’s University, he was ordained in 1964 He held curacies at St Matthias, Ottawa and St John the Evangelist, Kitchener. He then held incumbencies at St Michael & All Angels, London and St Batholomew’s, Sarnia. He was Dean of Huron from 1980 to 1987 and then its Suffragan Bishop until 1989 when he became the Coadjutor. He was its Diocesan from 1990 to 2000. and also Metropolitan of Ontario for the last 7 years of his Episcopate.
